How much water do you drink during the day? Despite the 8 glasses a day recommendation, I could honestly go all day without drinking water and never even notice (it’s sick, I know). Even though I’m a life long health nut (and nut in general), drinking water is something that doesn’t come naturally to me….even if chugging coffee feels like second nature. The only way that I can get myself to hydrate is with usage of tasty or bubbly water alternatives otherwise known as flavored water.
I buy enough flavored water to keep the water business going (if it needed my help). Every time my husband steals one of my flavored waters I find myself exclaiming: “What are you doing? You drink regular water! Those are keeping me alive!” (By the way, did I mention I’m dramatic?) Personally, I prefer the large bottles of flavored water because they last longer but are super cheap (Clear American is only 64Â¢ at Walmart). Now if I could just learn to share, it’d be a brand new start to the year…
