The Trend: Raw Food Diet
Diet trends may constantly shift and change, but sometimes a recurring “trend” has positive attributes which any mom can apply to her daily life. Many celebrity moms (like mothers Lisa Bonet and Demi Moore) have spoken out about loving their raw food diets. If you don’t have the time or money to switch to completely raw, organic foods, try taking their advice by eating as many fresh produce and un-cooked snacks as possible(crunchy carrots and celery, raw broccoli and cauliflower, untouched fruit, or unsalted nuts). Hey, if all else fails…at least it’s an excuse to go out for sushi!
