What It Is: After years working as a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and dance teacher, I created a completely unique set of exercises designed to tone and target your muscles like a dancer (elongating limbs without building bulk). It doesn’t matter if you’re a ballerina: everyone can benefit from the L & L plan (and all you need is 2 to 5 pound weights). You’ll feel a burning sensation in your body like never before, so always remember: that’s the feeling of getting in shape!
How To Use It:
The Long & Lean Fitness Plan is completely and utterly FREE and at your disposal from day-to-day.
1. Take the time to view each of the videos and read over the printable workout, before getting started. The videos were created to demonstrate proper alignment and show you the exercises in action (not give you an accurate depiction of reps or workout time). The true workout instructions can be found by clicking “Print This Workout”.
2. Pick a routine that works for you:
- “I Want To Be Healthy Forever”: Do 10 reps of each movement (15 to 18 minutes total).
- “I Want To Lose Those Pesky 10 to 5 Pounds”: Do 10 reps of each movement, and than repeat the entire routine a second time 20 to 25 minutes total).
- I Want To Get Seriously Fit and Toned”: Do 10 reps of movement, with 2 minutes of cardio in between (20 to 25 minutes total). Check out Cardio Points for more information…
Don’t Forget Cardio:
You’ll be working out 4 -5 days a week on the L & L fitness plan, for no more than 20 minutes per day. But what about cardio? Unfortunately, we all need a healthy dose of daily cardio to truly lose weight and stay in shape. What It Is: This is not a diet, and not a complicated eating regimen that requires calorie counting, fat tracking or tons of extra cooking.
