      Mascaras on Navy Blue are in trend this fall. I’ve seen the Avon collection for this fall, their prices are good but I don’t want to return to their quality. I used Avon products about 10 years ago, but if you can get better products just go for it. Thanks for the advices Bailey

      Thanks! Yeah, I love the navy mascara for making eyes pop… I read that many makeup artists use burgundy on the lower lashes- thought that was interesting!
