Nicole Richie — Celeb Momma Style

    Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

New mother Nicole Richie is known for her bohemian, L.A. based sense of style, and is often spotted in wild, skin tight outfits that no average Momma would attempt to recreate. Recently, Richie was spotted wearing a leopard print top, scrunched skinny jeans, and a black knit hat while walking the streets with her boyfriend Joel Madden. Learn how this outfit can be the perfect way for tame Fashion Mommas to feel fierce, without overhwleming their figures (or budgets)…

    Get The Look:

    • Top: Try letting your “wild statement” of the day be an animal print blouse, especially if its in a flattering shape like the Leopard Print Top from Mandee Clothing. The kimono sleeves and draped waistline hide any post partum bulges, while still looking part hip, part hippie.
    • Jeans: A lot of lovely Mommas look amazing in skinny jeans, although many of us ladies blessed with hips shy away from sleek cuts. Try a subtle skinny jean like the Classic Rise “Sweetheart” Skinny Jean from Old Navy (shown above), which flatters most shapes, elongates the legs and comes in dark washes.
    • Hat: Try pulling a chic look together (or hide unwashed hair) with a winter weather hat, like the Sparkly Crochet Hat from Target. Try wearing this hat an inch back from your hairline (letting it slouche down the back of your head). Make sure to wear earings to pull this look together.
