Do you ever wish you could get your entire family to eat their vegetables, while eating healthier yourself? Although we were recently inspired by recipes from The Sneaky Chef (who sneaks pureed vegetables and fruit in to tasty meals) and Healthy Balance juice (every good recipe starts somewhere), we decided to put our own spin on things.

We created some gluten-free, low calorie (and super easy) meals, for mommas who don’t have time to cook (instead of pureed veggies we used baby food), the skills to cook (it took us 10 minutes max) and really just want to eat food that tastes good (the entire family ate these!)
