Get S’more Out Of Your Chocolate: Makeover Momma BlogHer Spotlight
What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word “S’mores”? Is it fond memories with your friends and families? Summers in front of the campfire? Or is it another simple word: Hershey’s. No matter what you think or how fancy-pants your palette may be… you can’t top s’mores made with Hersheys. (Ok, actually, it’s hard to top anything made with Hershey’s, but I digress).
If you’re a momma who loves Hershey’s nearly as much as I do (and that might be an impossible battle to win), I want you to meet me at the S’more Suite at Blog Her. If you’re going to the Blog Her 2010 conference (and you like chocolate…which also might be synonymous with having a soul): be there! The S’mores “Snacktivity” Suite is in room #4233 at the Hilton New York, and open from August 6 and 7′th (from 10 am to 6 pm). So that’s a whole lotta time you could be getting your snack on (plus, being entered to win prizes galore). Now I have to admit, I’m one of the extra lucky bloggers who is traveling the Hershey Express (ok, it’s actually Amtrack) courtesy of Hershey’s, with a large group of (chocolate loving) ladies from Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and more. But even if you’re not riding with us, you can still follow our tweets and join in on the fun!

Want to make a fun twist on the classic S’more? The following recipe is something I make on every birthday, holiday or occasion possible, and it’s become a long running tradition in my family…
My Favorite Banana S’mores Recipe
Ingredients
* 1 pack of Hershey’s chocolate bars
* 1 pack of marshmallows (like Jet Puffed)
* A few bananas
Fire up the grill and make small slices in the bananas (peel them open slightly like an envelope). Stuff chunks of  chocolate and marshmallows inside, close the banana and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on the grill and heat until the inside is a gooey mess (it almost tastes like ice cream!)
* Share With Us: What is your all time favorite memory of eating s’mores?
