 Expecting momma Kourtney Kardashian and (veteran mom) Reese Witherspoon look absolutely adorable in their all-black workout ensembles. Although both ladies are avid walkers, they are known for frequently changing up their routine by walking with friends, listening to different music, or adding intervals of jogging. Try punching up your walking routine by adding weights (try 2 lb. ankle or wrist weights), pushing the stroller (which burns more calories), or trying hill sprints (which will rev up your metabolism, in a shorter period of time).

    Love walking, but need more…Also think that the all black is great for hiding imperfections, but love the splash of color Reese added with an additional layer underneath. It’s really great to see an expecting mommy out getting her workouts in, as well!

    I know… she’s so cute! I love all pregnant celebs! Definitely love the flattering outfits too. If I could, I would probably walk for every workout (or dance)…

    Walking around my neighborhood is one of my favorite things. If I go alone, I can think and clear my mind. If I go with the family, it gives my husband and I a chance to talk and connect, while Moanna takes in the world around her.
