What I Love Right Now:“Craving something crunchy and salty? Snapeas by Calbee, my latest snack obsession, are a yummy and healthy alternative when you are craving something “Cheeto”-ish. These baked snap peas contain 8% of your daily fiber requirement and are low in calories. If you’re tired of celery and carrot sticks, these little green snacks are great alone or with dip.I even packed them in my 3 year-old’s preschool lunch and she LOVED them! What a tasty way to get in those veggies!”

  1. Tara says:

I have to look for these the next time I go shopping! Did Shanda happen to mention where she found these?

  2. bailey says:

No, I don’t think she mentioned- but I want to get them too. They’d be a perfect way to trick Kinley into eating something green I think ; ) I’ll ask her!

  3. This may sound a bit strange, but I’ve been approached by several moms looking for healthy options using smoothies that include nutritional profiles that match “uglier” green veggies.

I’ve managed to develop a few and while the majority of kids that have tried them like them, its still a battle…

That doesn’t sound strange…it sounds very cool!
