What You Could Win: The Goodies
When your child looks around their bedroom…what do they see? Do they see environmentally safe wall art, completely toxin-free accessories or beautifully safe adornments? Or do they see posters and art that are not only harmful to the world, but harmful to their health as well? This was the idea behind CID, which was created by a mother and artist, who fused her love of worldly designs, global aesthetics and eco-safe materials. You can create a uniquely individual room with sets like Forest Collection (my personal favorite), encourage your child’s global understanding with World Map posters, or increase their phonemic awareness with ABC Nature Cards. The website for Scout By Bungalow is enough reason alone to love this brand, which totes super cute totes. The fact it says “jumping gee willickers” on the homepage, and showcases throwback, retro looking illustrations makes me want to buy everything the company has to offe. But even though the concept is perfectly passe, the purses are anything but: they’re bright, vibrant and deliciously modern. Personally, I want to own a ton of Insulated Cool totes, which keep food, makeup or baby bottles chill (even if you’re at the beach or the park). Their backpacks and cross body bags are so cute too, making me want to go back to school just so I can carry one (especially the Instant Messenger). All in all, their large assortment of bags (as well as storage bins and wedding favors) were all created for the savvy, multitasking woman… and isn’t that totally us?
