My kids make applying sunscreen impossible in the summer. They squirm, whine and wiggle so much that I can barely spray SPF before they’re on to the next thing. It seems like no matter how hard I try, sunscreen always ends up in patches (because they won’t hold still), dripping off when they’re wet or rubbing off in the sand. This is why I was over the moon (or rather, sun) to hear about the Sunbow Sunscreen. It comes in adorably cute colors of pink, yellow or blue so that you can always see where you’ve applied before it gradually fades to clear. I personally loved the SPF 45 Sunscreen sticks the most (easy to smear on cute little faces), but the Sunscreen Spray was just as fabulous. My kids willingly held still because they loved seeing the colorful product go on their skin, and they loved that the spray smells like bubble gum. Plus, even though I wish my children were independent thinkers (revolting against the commercialist “man” trying to brainwash them in to consumerist automatons)…. they totally dig the fact that Dora is on the bottle. What can I say? They’re easy to please!
