Want to makeover your mealtimes, so you can stop wasting food, and please your entire family (as much as humanly possible, anyways?) I am having so much fun creating new ways to sneak veggies, protein and healthy ingredients into my family’s food, without having the enormous battle at the kitchen table. Don’t get me wrong: we still serve fruits, veggies and healthy snacks on the side, in between meals and as much as possible.
The recipes I have been showing during Monday’s Mealtime Makeovers are only the “main coarse” (the item that goes with the veggies and fruit), but luckily…it has just as many healthy snacks inside, as the blatantly “good for you” fare. This week we tackled French Toast Rollers and “Temp-una” Salad (a tempeh twist on classic tuna salad)!
