Budget Friendly Designers — No Brainer Momma Steals

Shopping being stunted by high prices? Reverse the trend…

Due to the recent economy, many mothers and fashion mavens find themselves pinching pennies on a daily basis. Unfortunately, this can also mean pinching their sense of style too! If you find yourself planning a fashion revolt against the recession, try checking out these budget-friendly, up-and-coming brands to help you strut your stuff… without going into debt.

We love So Low’s chic and simple aesthetic because it lets women feel comfortable and fashionable, without wearing skin tight clothing or loud prints. Their draped jersey dresses (like Modal Jersey Dress and Feathered Jersey Dress) are perfect for running around town, with prices as low as $40 (down from $120). Check out So Low and other affordable designer brands at the Shop It To Me website.

We can’t help but love the youthful, stylish options from the Heavenly Couture website (no matter how old we get!) Whether a flattering Bubblestich Blue Knit Cardigan (perfect with a wide belt) or supremely flattering and elegant Black and White Halter Dress, every piece available is under $17!

If you love wearing bold and daring fashion choices (and aren’t afraid to shake things up), try layering pieces from I Heart Ronson (a brand new  designer featured at affordable J.C. Penny). Check out the daringly floral Maxi Print Dress (and read more about maxi’s here), or go all out with the Ronson Romper (if you can get the look right).

If you simply love your name brand clothing items (and we can’t blame you), try checking out the latest featured line from H&M: Mathew Williamson. Although the prices are slightly higher, the bright colors, bold prints and daring accents will certainly satiate your appetite for fashion.
