About Us

Bailey Vincent Clark is the founder and writer of Makeover Momma™, and proud to be a mother herself to daughter Kinley Grace Clark (born April 2006). In addition to being a full-time mother, Clark is a certified personal trainer who founded a mother and baby fitness class “Buggy Busters” independently, as well as a “Fit With Baby” post-partum exercise class through the YMCA in her area.

Clark has worked as a nutritional consultant and trainer for mothers and families, and has taught both fitness and dance to adults and youth. Clark has worked as a nutrition and fitness guest speaker at youth and adolescent centers, was a featured weekly “fitness mother” voice on Gannett newspaper blogs, and has written parental-based Lifestyle pieces for both magazines and newspapers alike.

Clark has been working as a writer since the age of 15 when she was a long-running Op-Ed columnist for Ganette newspapers, and has gone on to teach dance, fitness, and nutrition as adjunct faculty at local colleges, as well as write monthly for The Link Nationwide Homeschool Newspaper. In addition, Clark has worked as a fitness writer for Squeeze Fitness (www.squeeze.com), and currently works as a health writer for www.Livestrong.com (sponsored by Lance Armstrong Foundation).

Bailey lives in a small Virginia town with her husband Adam, and looks forward to the hopes of expanding her family more in the future!
